Meet Bri, PT

Bri Perdue, PT, originally from Columbus, Ohio
(Go Buckeyes!), completed her undergraduate work at Miami University earning her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.  While in undergraduate school, she also had a passion for sports psychology and was the lead researcher and co-author of two published scientific journals on mental toughness.  From there she continued her professional education at The Ohio State University, earning her Master’s of Physical Therapy in 2008. She has experience in a variety of areas within her field including out-patient ortho, sports rehabilitation, home-health, skilled nursing, and as an out-patient geriatric specialist.  Bri is passionate about helping others achieve their performance and mobility goals--throughout all stages of life--while living their best life possible. I truly believe that pain, injury, medical conditions, physical hardship, and disability do not have to stop you from living the life you desire. Through her own physical and emotional healing journey due to a medical hardship, GOAL Physical Therapy was created.  Bri currently resides in Centralia, Washington with her husband, daughter, and 3-fur babies.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and being active out in nature—hiking, rock climbing, snow skiing, swimming, biking, and running are some of her favorite outdoor adventures.

“I hope that I can help educate, heal, and inspire others through my physical therapy practice.   I hope my business will be a revolutionary change for the profession of physical therapy by bypassing insurance stipulations and standard clinic limitations.  I want all my clients to be their strongest self—body, mind, and spirit!  I do not just treat pain, I treat my client’s total wellbeing”
